How to Convert PS Brushes

This is something that is obvious when you think about it but not something you would think about right away...

To use this tutorial you must know how to make brushes in the program you wish to convert the PS brushes to...there is no way around it except making a friend do it for you. You must also have the version or program the original brush file is formatted for.

But...That said it should be a fairly universal loophole to the problem of incompatible Photoshop versions and incompatible programs as far as brushes are concerned.
