Some fun, fantasy spirals and sparkles to spruce up backgrounds or add a magical glow around a figure, whatever you can come up with! Once again thanks to greycobra.com for providing a tutorial that gave me a basic tecnique to expand upon when making these.
Compatible with PS7 and up.
