A photomanipulation combining a fractal and a beautiful stock photo. I did quite a bit of airbrushing on the skin in PS to get the final soft effect and used my own fractal created in Ultra Fractal 3 for the background and "tattoo" or skin paint, whichever you imagine is less painful.
